- Purpose
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter: GTC) govern the rights and obligations of the parties in connection with online sales offered by Nutri’Bulle, an online store for dietary supplements and nutrition, headquartered at Rue de la Sionge 67, 1630 Bulle.
- Purchase
General Principle
Any order placed in the Nutri’Bulle Shop implies acceptance of these GTC by the member/buyer.
Confirmation
Any successful purchase is subject to a confirmation message in your browser and a confirmation email acknowledging receipt of the purchase.
The sales contract is deemed concluded upon confirmation of the purchase.
Obligation of the Member/Buyer
The member/buyer agrees to provide valid contact details when ordering and to pay the requested price in case of invoice payment.
Buyer’s Domicile
Only buyers domiciled in Switzerland may order products from the Nutri’Bulle Shop.
Right to Dispute
No exchange or refund is granted by Nutri’Bulle, except in case of merchandise damage due to transport.
The purchase may therefore be disputed by the buyer within 14 days from the conclusion of the sales contract. This dispute must be made in writing (email or mail), which Nutri’Bulle must confirm receipt of. The buyer must return it at their own expense to the address mentioned under point 1 of these general conditions.
- Prices
Prices are indicated in Swiss Francs (CHF), including VAT.
Prices listed under “members” are granted only to individuals who have joined Nutri’Bulle.

Payment is possible by:

- PayPal
5. Data Protection
Subject to contrary provisions of these GTC, the FRC acknowledges the confidentiality of the information communicated by the buyer during the order and undertakes not to disclose this information to third parties.
The buyer has a right to access and rectify personal data concerning them. To exercise these rights, the user should contact the FRC, providing proof of identity.
6. Modification of GTC
Nutri’Bulle may modify these GTC. It will inform buyers of changes made on the nutribulle.ch website. The version in force at the time of the order shall prevail in the contractual relationship between the buyer and Nutri’Bulle.
- Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
In case of dispute, the GTC in force at the time of purchase are used as the legal basis. These GTC are governed by Swiss law, particularly by articles 184 et seq. of the Swiss Code of Obligations, to the exclusion of any other foreign legislation.
The legal forum is established in Bulle, Switzerland.
